Intentional Dating is for those who are done wasting time, energy, and emotional bandwidth on the wrong relationships. It’s a 6-week psychoeducational course, led by a licensed psychotherapist, designed to help you move beyond reactive, chemistry-driven dating and toward thoughtful, self-aware, and discerning partner selection. Participants will explore personal attachment patterns, dating history, cognitive biases, values, and relational readiness to better understand why they are drawn to certain people and how to choose partners more likely to support healthy, lasting relationships. This course helps you understand your patterns, sharpen your boundaries, and date with intention and clarity.

By the end of this course, participants should be able to:

The course will be in multiple formats, tiered and priced accordingly, to fit various schedules and financial budgets.
*Both the live online and in-person options come with VIP access to additional bonus materials and our new Intentional Dating Facebook community.

There are no guarantees when it comes to love. While Intentional Dating offers tools, insight, and guidance to help you date more intentionally, it cannot guarantee a specific outcome or relationship. Love depends on many factors beyond any course, but what it can provide is support in understanding your patterns, strengthening your boundaries, and helping you make more intentional choices along the way.
Intentional Dating is a psychoeducational course and is not a substitute for individual therapy or mental health treatment. Participation does not establish a therapist-client relationship. If you need individualized support, please inquire about therapy with one of our therapists, or a mental health professional of your choosing.
