I work with adolescents (16 and up) and adults with issues related to stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, gender identity, grief, and trauma. You can learn more about my approach on the modalities page. 

 My methodology for couples counseling is heavily influenced by Gottman and Imago.   Gottman is one of the nation’s leading marriage researchers and educators who, it has been said, has the spirit of a scientist and the soul of a romantic.  

Bariatric surgery is a life-altering decision that should not be made lightly. The hospital will prepare you for the physical demands of surgery, but that is just one component. I provide pre-surgical evaluations as well as ongoing counseling.
