We're excited to announce that a new continuing education course, Starting Your Own Private Practice, is in development and coming soon. This course is designed specifically for psychotherapists who want to explore what it takes to build a thriving, sustainable practice on their own terms.  It will offer a high-level, practical introduction to the considerations, decisions, and realities of starting a private practice, without the fluff or overwhelm.  

We’ll explore essentials such as:

• Business Basics: Licensing, insurance, and legal structures
• Sustainable Systems: EHR selection and billing simplified
• Transitioning from employee to entrepreneur: The ethical way to make your move
• Solo Practice vs Group Practice: The ups — and downs — of being a boss
• Authentic Marketing: Finding your niche and attracting your ideal clients
