Currently accepting Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, Cigna, Optum, and United Health. If I don't take your particular insurance or I am considered “out-of-network” with your plan, I can provide you with a "superbill" that will enable you to file to your insurance for reimbursement yourself. I recommend that you check with your carrier to determine your reimbursement rates, as they are often less than your out-of-pocket costs.
