Teresa George, LPC-Associate,  supervised by  Mark Berg, LPC-S, is passionate about helping children, teens, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience. She believes that everyone has the capacity to heal, grow, and build meaningful relationships, and she is dedicated to walking alongside her clients on their journey to personal transformation.

Teresa brings a unique, science-backed perspective to therapy. Her background in neuroscience and research enriches her approach, blending evidence-based strategies with warmth, curiosity, and a touch of creativity. She tailors each session to the client’s unique needs, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and insights from brain science to foster lasting change.
